Clashes after a ramming attack by a settler in Khirbet Abu Falah

On January 7, 2026, after an Israeli settler’s vehicle reportedly ran over a Palestinian between Al-Mughayyir and Khirbet Abu Falah, local residents set the car on fire, sparking violent clashes northeast of Ramallah.

Two Palestinians were injured on Wednesday in an attack by Israeli colonists on Marj Si'a, a fertile area between the villages of Al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah.

Dozens of Jewish settlers attacked Marj Si'a and attempted to assault a woman, sparking clashes between local youths and the settlers. During the confrontation, colonists ran over a young man from Al-Mughayyir, causing minor injuries.

The settlers also stabbed an elderly man from Abu Falah in the head and hand, resulting additional wounds.
