On November 23, a young Palestinian man was killed on evening after being shot by Israeli forces during a settlers attack on Deir Jarir town, east of Ramallah.

Earlier that evening, settlers attacked Deir Jarir, supported by Israeli forces, who fired tear gas heavily at residents. They assaulted residents and their homes, while Israeli forces provided protection for them. During the assault, a young man sustained critical injuries from a live bullet to the chest.

The Palestinian Red Crescent administered CPR and life-saving efforts before transferring him to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his wounds.
