Around 2 am, an Israeli airstrike targeted Al-Falah school in the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

During rescue efforts, Israel struck the school again, killing at least one member of the Civil Defense crews and wounding 7 others.

The memebr of Civil Defense who was killed, Monther Al-Dahshan, was a key source of documentation of rescue efforts in Gaza City throughout the genocide.
