On January 7, 2026, a large fire burning on the roof of a multi-storey building after an Israeli drone allegedly dropped an explosive on it, at the Sanafur Junction, Al-Tuffah, Gaza City, Northern Gaza.

Some technical equipment appears visible at the fire. Several textual reports mention a mobile phone transmission point (https://t.me/safypress90/330847) or an electricity generator being hit. The building is noted as belonging to the Al-Batsh family.
