"Speaking of drugs, never forget that in early December, 2025, it was discovered that Israel was using drones to smuggle drugs into Gaza. According to the Palestinian Tribal and Clan Council, the IOF was facilitating the smuggling of large quantities of narcotics into Gaza, a systematic attempt to target Palestinian youth. Meanwhile, food, medicine, and essential aid remained blocked. The council also said Israeli-backed, ISIS-linked militias were operating drug distribution networks from Rafah, aimed at fracturing Gaza’s social fabric.
