"More reports of arson — The beginning of the season. In recent weeks there has been an increase in reports of arson of agricultural land, while in many places the harvest has not yet taken place and the crops are still waiting in the fields. There are often conflicting Palestinian and Israeli reports regarding the identity of the arsonist in fields near outposts. While Palestinians claim that settlers set fire to the crops, there are also reports from settlers claiming that the fires are carried out in order to harm the residents of the outposts.

On Friday, three fires were documented in agricultural areas which, according to Palestinians, were set by settlers. In Safa — west of Ramallah, west of Dura, and on the outskirts of the village of Abu Falah. According to Palestinian reports, during the fire in Abu Falah, Israeli security forces prevented Palestinians from accessing the land in order to extinguish the blaze."
