On JuLy 5, 2026, a 16-year-old Palestinian, Walid Nidal Walid Abu Sna, was killed after being shot by Israeli forces during a raid on the Qalandia refugee camp, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

Two other children were shot and wounded.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society confirmed its teams treated a young man who was shot in the thigh with live ammunition during the operation.
