Apparently, sanctions from the United States, the European Union, Britain, Canada, Australia, Norway, and Japan did not convince Yinon to stop. He was filmed today invading grazing land near the village of Simiya, where he and another settler attacked three shepherds from the village of Wadi Tiran, which is at risk of expulsion."
