Medical sources named three of the dead as Youssef Mohammed Abu Rizq, Qusai Hajjaj and Osama Al-Faqawi, while the fourth has not yet been identified. In the Gaza Strip, where electricity has been cut off for three years, charging points like this one are where displaced families gather to power their phones, their only line to relatives and news.
