Jerry Seinfeld visited Caliber 3, near the Israeli settlement of Efrat, in the occupied West Bank on approximately 4–7 January 2018. The visit became public on 7 January 2018, when the facility posted photographs and an account of his visit with his family. The military facility said Seinfeld and his family took part in shooting training and watched demonstrations involving combat, Krav Maga and attack dogs.
Caliber 3 offered military-style tourism, including simulated terrorist attacks and weapons training. Critics described the experience as militarised tourism that dehumanises Palestinians. However, the available reporting does not establish that Seinfeld personally fired at targets depicting Palestinians.
