The hall was called Sama Garden (سما غاردن). It was located in the agricultural plain of Deir Hanna, in the Al-Battuf (البطوف) region of northern 48 Palestine (Israel). The owner said it had operated for about a year, that he had been trying to obtain a building permit, and that the demolition caused losses of approximately two million shekels. He also reported that his mother sustained a broken arm during the confrontation.
