The witness in the second half of the clip tells the camera that the father Muhammad Owais had come back to Gaza after undergoing medical treatment in Egypt and that Israel wanted to kill him it should have done so when he re-entered Gaza after being controlled by the IDF, instead of the latter waiting for the man to be with his wife and children.
Event Notes
Father, son and last survivor killed on Al-Thawra StreetAt midday, an Israeli airstrike targeted a young man on Al-Thawra Street in the west of Gaza City, killing the young man along with a father and his child, Zayn, who were nearby.
The child's 8 year-old brother Aziz sustained critical injuries to both legs whereas their mother sustained serious injuries and had her foot amputated.
The child's father, Muhammad Owais, had returned to Gaza three months before after undergoing medical treatment in Egypt for wounds sustained in the genocide.
The third victim to be killed, Jamal Abu Saeed, was the last survivor from the Abu Said family who was massacred along with other families in Israel's bombing of Al-Mohandisin residential tower exactly 3 years prior on October 31st 2023.
