The 16-year-old Hamed Mohammad Fadel Nazzal, from Qalqilya, was shot behind his head with live ammunition fired by the Israeli army while he was near the separation and expansion wall. He was subsequently transferred to Qalqilya Hospital, where his condition was described as critical.
