In the early hours of September 23rd, 2024, an **Israeli helicopter** fired a **missile** at the upper floor of the **Khalid bin Al-Walid school**, which **houses the displaced** in Camp 2, Nuseirat, central Gaza Strip. This strike **killed four members of the Aql family**, a mother, father, and two of their children, and left their remaining two children orphaned and severely burned. An **Israeli air strike** on the **Nassar family** home in the Tal al-Zaatar / Al-Alami neighborhood of Jabalia camp **injured four people, including a child**. Around midday, an **Israeli airstrike** targeted the **Kafr Qasim Girls' Secondary School**, which **shelters displaced people** in Al-Shati camp, west of Gaza City, **killing seven people**, and **injuring dozens**.
